Also, chill, we all eat more than we should. I just burnt my mouth on hot cake because I couldn't wait five minutes for it to cool.
It's possible I was having a breakdown... I think I'm ok now - normal service will be resumed shortly. After this Mini Wagon Wheel...I can't imagine ever burning my mouth on cake!! Was it still in the oven? ;-)
It was a clementine and oatmeal muffin just out of the oven. I thought I'll just break a little bit off the edge to test it, the next thing I knew the whole thing was in my mouth, coating my tongue with molten hot cake.
